Horrible. Un a hurry to get to a hearing. Just like everyone else in Oregon, a complete scumbag.

The best law firm I'ved experienced with, was recommended by a friend after a car accident that wasnt my fault, Bill and his staff members are very professional, and would explain clearly and walk me through steps along the way, never got confused and they reply promtly, not even a days wait for a response from them unlike other lawfirms that I hear from other people where it took them days to reply. I had an issue with my payroll and a third party entity that I truly did not understand how it was going to wrap up and I started searching for answers. I came across his firms website and phone number and it was a local number Vs a 1-800 number. I gave them a call. Not only did the receptionist listen to my problem and empathize with the situation, she took notes and tried to keep me on the line as she knew the attorneys would be off another call shortly. I opted for a call back and sure enough, Mike called me back and answered my questions free of charge to pay it forward in the world! This kind of service is lacking in our society especially in the legal department and I would absolutely go back to Mike and his firm when I need something settled because of the grace he showed me and my family. When my amazing, strong, independent 75 year old mama was attacked by a dog on her daily walk, changing her life forever, the dog owner and their homeowners insurance company flatly denied responsibility! An attorney friend of mine recommended Bill Knox, and we could not have asked for better support. He took care of everything on the legal end, while the other party continued to deny responsibility, so my mom and I only had to worry about medical treatments and doctor's orders.
