After being turned down by multiple lawyers unwilling to take my case for a car accident I had been in, I gave Bill a call and he was more than happy to help me out! He was polite, professional, and timely with my case. He was easy to communicate with and had an answer for every question I asked. I was ecstatic when he called to inform me my case had settled! Mr. Knox is extremely knowledgeable, kind really knows what he's doing. He's honest and up front with you. I love his firm, they get back with you quickly, check up on you while you're in treatment. I'm very satisfied!

This office is the most unethical, money hungry group I’ve ever met. They have no respect or remorse. I went it about a month ago to discuss a recent accident I was in and after being told outright “you don’t look as though you can afford us” I began to tear up when the big blonde gal literally sat me up and pushed me from behind out of the office.

Great assistance when problems try to arise...

I was referred to Bill Knox after an accident that had fallen through the cracks with another lawyer not doing their job. We met and he learned my biggest fear was no communication, which is what happened in the past. He continued to keep me updated through my entire case. Mr Knox Made sure I agreed to everything that was going on throughout the process. Many times I did not understand what was going on and he took extra time to walk me through each step and explain exactly what was going on until I fully comprehended. We met prior to both of my court meetings and he walked me through what was going to happen and best practices. I will use Mr Knox again 100% if I am in need! Highly recommend!
