Mr. Bill Knox and his team, especially Sam, was very prompt, reassuring, patient, and driven. I’m only 20 years old and had no idea how to handle my situation and deal with it. I was referred to Mr. Knox and that was the best decision I have ever made. He was so patient and guided me through this whole thing and answering all of questions and concerns. They even sent me something for my birthday and I didn’t think I would ever find a lawyer and firm that truly cares even about the little things. They really fought for me and my case and never let me doubt the worst. Any time I had a question or just wanted an update, they were respectful and gave me whatever I needed to hear. I will always be talking highly and referring Mr. Knox to anyone I meet, family, and friends forever.

Bill and each and every one of his staff members (I can’t remember everyone’s name, I’m sorry!) have been amazing throughout the process.
