Woke up this Christmas morning, thinking about who I could talk to about hiring an estate attorney to write up my will...I’m going to call Max.
From start to finish of my case in 2015, I was in good hands. I only had to go to court once, and the judge said to me at sentencing, “I don’t know if you hired the right attorney, or what happened, but consider yourself lucky.”

Max was on point! He was fast to reply, easy to talk to, answered any questions, and took care of everything in a very efficient manner. I am extremely pleased with the outcome of my case. He was able to get two of the three convictions dismissed, and now I can get my life back on track! I would highly recommend him to anyone. In the Eugene area I don’t believe there is a better defense lawyer, especially against DUI. I made the poor decision of drinking and drinking. I received a DUI, reckless driving, and reckless endangerment. Mr. Mizejewski worked very hard to get both reckless charges down to a careless and he was able to get me on diversion program. Keep in mind it was recorded that my BAC was a .189%.
No lawyer will respectfully represent and defend you like Mr. Mizejewski.
