Max and his prime staff GOT ME OUT OF UNWARRANTED CHARGES!! I WAS FACING YEARS!! His team is relentless and on top of that he is an incredibly calming and educational council. Worth more than I paid. He hired investigators and relentlessly pressed the DA using his resourceful staff. Harrassment, menacing and assault were all dismissed before trial. My life would have been ruined and I am used to being targeted so i am deeply indebted.

Great guy and great staff. Robin and Max were great to work with truly showed compassion. They both were there when I needed and actually care about helping their clients.

Max was very effective in our case - he was able to come in and negotiate a very reasonable result in a case that got elevated unexpectedly. Straight and timely communication throughout, cared about getting the best results for the client, and was very informative about the follow-through as well. He does care about his clients, that is clear to us.

Max failed me at every turn as an attorney. He repeatedly asked if I wanted to go to trial even though I told him I was moving from the United States 2 months after my court date. He told me the wrong court date TWICE(once on the phone and once by email). Therefore I bought a plane ticket for the wrong date and had to eat the cost of $700. He insured me that I would be able to complete the program required by the court in another country. But after searching intensely I have no found a program here that fits the requirements the court insists. He is incompetent and I would have been better off representing myself. Don't waste your money.

I strongly recommend Max. I was traveling for work and had found myself in a unfortunate situation. Max took on my case and was able to have my sentencing lowered from a usual mandatory 90 day jail sentence to a 20 day road side crew alternative with a small fine. Thank you Max!

Max returned my calls right away, was always clear and compassionate with his advice, and was a reassuring and knowledgeable presence with me in court. He challenged my license suspension at a DMV hearing and was able to have the suspension revoked. Very grateful for his help in getting me into the DUII diversion program as well.

I would highly recommend working with Max through any size of ordeal you're faced with. We all encounter those times in life where we feel the weight of what we've been dealt; sometimes that results in making the worst decisions for our lives. Through my wake up call with a rough DUI, Max kept me afloat when I had hit rock bottom. He was sweet, compassionate and above all trustworthy. To work with someone as knowledgable, professional and humanizing as Max was a blessing throughout dark times.
