I called 14 lawyers, left messages - no response. Called and left message after message at the county for help - no response. Thank the universe I found Ben. Ben has been absolutely nothing short of fantastic. From the start he was organized, polite, efficient, communicative and timely - I don't think I could have asked for more when we were put in an unfair and scary situation. After a consultation call with Ben, we decided we needed his expertise further. I've never dealt with anything legal and Ben came to our rescue. Straight to the point, responsive and very on top of communicating with me. Yes, he is straightforward - but so is the law, it was refreshing actually. Thank you so much Ben, I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking authentic professional legal aid in his areas. Ben is GOAT.

They wanted money

Ben is an on the ball guy. Quick decisive responses all the time. Very professional. I have used Ben 2 times and when finished, he always returns any unused portion of my retainer promptly. I can comfortably and easily recommend him.

I had Ben for a civil case, I believe it was. I wanted an aggressive attorney that knows his way around the law and carried a very professional mannerism. And he did not let me down. Very intelligent man and a shark in court. Always stayed professional and responded to me in a timely fashion during my whole case. Affordable and willing to work damn hard for his clients. I HIGHLY recommend him and he will be my go to attorney for any of my future issues.

I had questions regarding a landlord/tenant issue, and placed a call to Attorney Ybarra. After leaving a message, he called back within two hours, and was able to provide a thoughtful and educational answers to my question. He made sure that I understood which laws would apply, and how they would apply in our particular case. Fortunately, it looks like we don't need to take action at the moment, but if we do in the future, Attorney Ybarra will be the first attorney I call.

he doesn't like to have his consultations taped....hmmm, not some one I would trust. I did tell you that I would be taping you in an email, before I even called you. You aren't very observant, not a very good thing for a lawyer...got the email, you want me to post them? Oh, and If, I'm just doing my job, with out trying to do something illicit, why would I mind some one taping me?

Ben helped me win a judgment for fraud against a seller who misrepresented a car that I bought. It was a sizable judgment. It was great doing business with Ben. All attorneys I have used in the past were arrogant, unorganized, and did virtually nothing for me, despite charging extremely high fees. Ben was just the opposite. He is a man of integrity and is extremely organized, honest, prompt, responsive, and professional. He never made me uncomfortable contacting him, and he worked very hard for me at a very reasonable rate. He worked with me for almost two years, and it was a completely positive experience. Ben is an honorable man.

Mr. Ybarra met with me for a consultation on a matter. He was very knowledgeable and was prepared for me with print-outs of applicable statutes when I arrived. I learned a lot in a half hr. I highly recomend Mr. Ybarra if you need someone to speak with. While any lawyer is spendy by the hour, his rates beat most but far supassed the value of any other that I have ever spoke with.
