As many of us realize the "Circle of Life" comes upon us all. Our family circle is now becoming a concern as members are starting to question the integrity of my wife as she continues to manage all financial matters for her 92 year old mother. I've been meaning to write this review for a long while. My family worked with Chris Ray twice. He is such a down-to-earth, talented attorney. When going through tough times, you want to talk to someone who is kind and competent. He has both qualities. The first time I spoke to Chris, my mother-in-law was very ill. He advised us during a time when we didn't know what was going to happen and eventually handled probate. With tough issues, like lack of access to a loved one's funds during severe illness, I can't think of a better attorney to be lucky enough to find. Then, a little over a year ago, I needed some advice about my personal situation. He is well-versed in Medicaid issues, and I needed to understand some law surrounding my benefits and SSDI. Again, Chris gave me access to what I needed. He also explained about special needs trusts. I absolutely would refer him out and recommend him. I'm sure the lawyers at his firm are also good. It's unusual for me to recommend an attorney, but in this case, I can do so easily.

We worked with Emily Hogan to review a trust developed a while ago. She found some areas of the trust that benefitted significantly from her changes. We have tremendous confidence in the counsel provided by Emily and Fitzwater.
