Estate planning and planning for your death is not a fun or simple subject. Working with Andrea at Fitzwater was very pleasant experience. She took the time to explain our options and never made me feel dumb for asking questions or needing things repeated. It's an important thing todo and they make it a bit easier. Highly recommend!

I’ve read the reviews and i see why most would give a glowing report...until you actually need their legal documents to work for you. We went in seeking guidance. Based on their advice, two docs were created. As it turns out, one doc is completely worthless. It will take an additional $4-6,000 in representation to fix that gem. Do your research, any lawyer can create a document but clearly not any lawyer should give legal advice.

I can not say enough good things about Fitzwater Law and Andrea Bachhuber in particular. Many years ago I took my grandmother to Andrea to get her affairs in order with her Will, trust, etc. My grandma (who was very sharp minded) was so impressed with Andrea and her knowledge of elder law. She made the process (on our end) seem so simple. After my grandmother passed away a couple of years ago I relied on Andrea for help and guidance of estate settling...she was extremely helpful and patient while in the midst of grieving and a chaotic time. Now here I am a few years later and my husband and I too are getting our affairs in order with estate planning through Andrea. I'm grateful she knows what she is doing and is very detail oriented because it's not always fun planning the end of your life. She is a joy to work with...so sweet and personable...as well as anyone else in the office I have dealt with...really great staff! Everyone needs a good attorney, glad I have secured mine :)
