We found this program about 2years ago and the communication was excellent. I worked with Veronica, she was very helpful and worked with me to get the best results she could for me. For which i am very grateful, she also made sure that i would be comfortable if for any reason i needed to up my monthly contributions. Very considerate and thoughtful of her. I called in to check on my account. I got Lorena she is a top notch person I got the information I need it and we got in a couple of laughs also laughter is good Medicine. They listen and when I asked something they checked into it and I was late on s payment and they worked with me on that too

Been using for several months. Sent all over my info on multiple occasions and still not one payment has been made. When I called them for a refund they told me only 1 month could be refunded! Scam of the century. Taking advantage of those in tough times!

I needed help with changing my payment for the month and rae helped me. She was very helpful and answered all my question. I give her a 5 stars.
