After having the weekend to think about your offer and other avenues available. I decided to go another route, rather than Helbing. I when sat down to make the call to cancel. I told myself get ready for a lot of push back. MAN! When I tell you that Ms. Kanesha S. Talk to me, with so much compassion she had such a a good spirit and vibe felt. I told her I hope her supervisor/training/support team, needed to listen to the beginning of the call and how she communicates with their clients. All I can say is OUTSTANDING! I am writing about the department of Helping Law Group that helps with bills. The people were very friendly. But the object is to get the job done. I didn't really understand the program at first. I thought they add money to help pay the creditors. My credit dropped from 660 to 535. Now it's 586. Don't know if I can get another credit card. Anyhow, I had to cancel the program. They sent me back my portion of the money. Kept their portion. I suggest be prepared that you might lose money in this program. Good luck if you decide to join.

This company is very good in helping you get back on track with your finances. They are very diligent in removing your debt. Christa has very helpful and professional. She is very knowledgeable in explaining and breaking everything down for you. I highly recommend this company

My operator (Rae Jones) was extremely helpful and patient and professional. She has a wonderful disposition and is the true definition of what a person in her line of work should be.

Helbing Law Group was extremely helpful. I am happy that I committed to Helbing my need to settle the 5 debts I had. The last person I spoke to at Helbing was Gary Field, he was optimistic and friendly and actually made my day that my account with Helbing will shortly be closed. When I started I had an attorney his name was Christian. He always kept me informed every month or if there were any changes. He has gone onto other things. I wasn't informed of that until two months later when I wasn't getting any updates. I feel now I'm paying attorney fees when there are no attorney's that I know anyway that is taking care of my debts. More on positive point they have settled two of my accounts at least and will be done with debt in the next year or less.
