Excellent service

I was going through a lot while having health issue and still trying to make payments. I had called in April, the week before the last draft of the month and wanted to change the draft date from Monday to Friday bc I wasn't working and was on a fixed income. I spoke to a gentleman who said it wasn't an issue and that he had changed my draft date. Then on Tuesday I found out I was charged an overdraft fee due to the draft. I called CS and another gentleman said there wasn't any record of me calling or notes. I was disappointed. He told me to forward a screen shot of the over draft to their email address and they will look at it. I did that on April 27th and heard nothing back. Then I got a phone called today from the Helbing that my bank will be draft in 2 business day. I called and was a bit worried and upset because I have not heard back and now I'm having to make another payment. I spoke to Kaneshas who answered the phone with such a pleasant voice and she listened to me. She did a bit of research while in the phone with me and I love how she was very professional in letting me know she is still there while helping me. It was heartwarming that I wasn't being ignored because many time I called there's always a dead silent and out of nowhere I'm put on hold. She couldn't find the email I sent on April 27t so she asked I sent to her directly while on the phone. I told her I was blind in one eye and it makes everything harder for me. She shown empathy and even repeat her email to me and make sure I got it correctly. I was very emotional because I've been through so much and she was very kind. She was able to get the approval from her manager to refund me and change my new draft date to a Friday. She also went way and beyond telling me of how much payments I have left and it's not many. I was so happy I couldn't stop smiling. Thank you Kaneshas for your wonderful service, empathy and professionalism. I've never been this happy talking with helbing and I hope they know that they got a gem with them. I hope your management know what a star you are!! I wish that everytime I called I could get you. Thank you for a great start of my day.

I started about 2 years ago and they have been available to me the entire time through emails, phone calls and their office number. The best thing is they are a law office so telling your creditors to call my lawyer is a good feeling especially when you have been beat up by these guys. Thanks Helbing you have my recommendation!

Everyone I talked with was extremely helpful and all had my best interest in the fore front. They were persistent and finally reached a settlement with all the people to help me. I would use them again if I have a need.

I was sold on their debt relief and helbling law group told me 24 months and would be all settled. Its been 37 and only one account settled after the 24 months. Credit continues to drop and i call to ask where they are at will setlling and same answer we will call back with no call back. Do not use to settle debt very bad communication and they will ask for more and more money after they have not provided what they promised.
