I just don’t know I’m so loss for words . I really appreciate y’all for doing this for me to get my credit back on track. I don’t know what I would have done with out y’all. It have being a long Journeys. I don’t have worry about anything no more harassing it from the creditors it really feel great . All I wanted say is thank you for all you do . I started with this agency three years ago. Yes, I started this Problem but I went to them for help. At first they got Back to me right away but now that I am at the end of paying Almost $300 a month for three years, they are full of Excuses and no answers. Yes, they settled one account and The other went to court, with one left not taken care of. No communication or help. I held my end up and I got the Privilege of back credit and no resolution. I pray Your experience is better than mine was.

I am not ready to rate my entire experience with Helbing but I did want to acknowledge a customer service supervisor, Lorena Wright. Everyone in a position to use these services is struggling in some way and along with struggles, there are many frustrating moments. So far so good almost getting out debt in a few months, time goes really fast. They always keep you posted what they are doing with your accounts.

I contracted with this group 7 months ago. I was disappointed at the onset of their service because I wasn't satisfied with the progress of my debt relief. She connected with my debtors, negotiated terms which are advantages to me becoming debt free in 25 months.
