I was told when I accepted the program that by now I would have seen results and my debt would be negotiated. At this point I am still just being hassled by credit card companies as my debt piles up- I think I would have been smarter without because the extra interest that has been accruing will most likely the be same as what they are "saving" me in the end-- my credit score is still plummeting because even though I am paying the company- they haven't been able to make any negotiations.

I not seeing any results in terms of my credit score and apparently, I only been in the program for 10 months and they only settled one account. When I called to cancelled with them they try their best to say they will not be lieable for if the creditor come after me. I stated they have already all my accounts are in collections. I as were is all my money the should be in escrow and they stated that i only have $26 that would be refund back to me in 5 to 7 business day when I was give $560 for 10 months and you only settle one account so were is all the other funds. I have requested in writing a breakdown as to were has all the funds go too, i have yet to hear from them. This company is extremely unprofessional and I do not recommend them to anybody. I dare somebody from that company to call me with a response as I have everything recorded. You guys should be ashamed of yourself! Buyer be very aware!!!

Was sold a debt relief package from this firm the salesman lied and basicaly told me everything i wamted to here then sent me an email and told me to sign it electronically i daid i habe to read it he said he was running late amd it said everything we discussed so i electric signed it I was told they would settle my debt gor 40 cents on the dollar and that the credit would not be charged off that they worked with the credit companys directly. I then asked if i could setyle the debt earlier if i had extra money for they were putting me on a 40 month program. At 560 per month. The salesmen said not a problem i could do it. So i agreed knowing i was getting a settlement in about a year and i could pay it off. I asked how much this was going to cost and he said they take a small percentage monthly. Ok so now it 18 months later they settled one account i just got a letter im getting sued in my county. So o called them and said i have money need to settle. I asked how much was in my account when she told me 1 thousand dollars i almost died how i ssid ive paid you over 10,000 dollars. She said ohhh we take 25% of you original debt. And the first 3 payments. Adding up to almost 9000 dollars now there sending me settlement offers at 20 % off lol so really i would be paying 110% of the bill this company will not go back to the sales tape to see what i was told and wont give me a copy. Stay away from these preditors the creditors wete send me offers to settle for 25% i could have settled it myself long ago and my credit would be back. Instead my credit is crashed i lost my job and mow i have to settle the accounts with my own money anyways because apparently 560 a month for 18 months is theere small fee. All those payments theres 2 grand there they tookbthe rest and jave settled nothinh but 1 account. And if you count that there only 1 thousand in my account after 560x 18

I have been making payments for about two years of $385. Now I am being told to make about $600 dollars for the last 2 or 3 months of the year, and then my regular payments will be resumed. I have just found out that 2 or my credit cards and a loan have not been settled yet, however my payments are in escrow. I will be contacting my Lawyer from the legal insurance I have. What have they been doing all of this time. Be careful. I am going to contact State Consumer Protection and Better Business Business, my Legislator.

I this is Mary , today I called to see how much longer I had left . With Helping law firm A Rep answered me very friendly and professional ,his name was Jose Tibrey. He was very happy to help me with my concern . I only have till December to finish paying all my Debt accounts . Listen if you all need help hiring someone to help you address all those debts you have with all those creditors , this is the place to come too. I am so happy I only have few payments left . I will be debt free and I give all the Praise to God and this Helping law Group for helping me finish paying all my debts . Again thank you Jose Tibrey for addressing all my concerns.
