Not happy at all!!! The person Denise who was assigned to help me had only talked to me once in over three months. I hired a lawyer to get help and the want me to do all the work. It's as simple as putting a loan into my name from me deceased mother. I would not recommend this company to my enemies!!!

This company has the best customer service dept . I've been with them almost 2 yrs and they contact me monthly to see if I have questions or any problems..I'll be finish in a year and my credit score is increasing. Will update when I finish the program... Thxs Helbing!!!

Unfortunately I am sorry to gave you a bad review because of lack communications and understanding, but my problem was solved and I really appreciate it, I was satisfied with the outcome and I will recommend anyone to your company . It was a pleasure doing business with you, thanks again.

Do not use, its a scam to get you into debt. Dont believe anything they tell you about the program, made my situation worse Let me elaborate, i was set up with a program after i sent all of my information multiple times, paid almost 10,000 to the account. It was done with payment in January and all that was left was for helbing to negotiate. I got a call in june telling me they settled it but i had to come up woth an additional 1,500! Then they told me i had account with less than 5000 in it. I asked why well apparently helbing takes their payment out of the account prior to anything being complete which i was told specifically that wouldnt happen because they couldnt get paid til everything was settled. Then they treated me like the bad guy cause i couldnt come up with another 1500 6 months after i was done with payments during a pandemic! Still no resolution to this either because there is no negotiate with helbing they just want more money, this whole system they have is totally messed up.

They did save me 60% of my credit card but there accounting department needs to do a better job with calculating funds paid.
