Capitol One has filed a civil law suit against me. I have them included in my debt Consolidation with Helbing Lwa group. I will now connect Better Business Bureau. I have been severely harrassed by Capitol ome.with no help.
I now had 5 months to go and now it has been extended to 10 months. Something is fishy.

They collect your money for 6 months before they begin to pay off your debts. In the meantime, they tell you that they are negotiating with your creditors.
