They are really doing a great job on my legal matters.

They have a phone and don't answer. I've been on hold for 2 hours and they hung up on me. Call back I'm caller number 9. Worst service ever...... Here I am now after telling them I want to cancel, via phone and email but they still went into my account and took my 330 dollars out. Now telling me when I called to find out about my money that it will take a week n half for a refund. People if you are reading this every review posted by individuals like myself are very much true about this company... Don't waste your time!!!!!!!

Wow, turns out I'm not the only one. Listen to all these negative reviews, this company is a scam! I have experienced the SAME Exact thing as these other reviewers! I'm shocked, I thought I was the only one, I wonder how many others they have ripped off.

I had a problem with a man whom I spoke with. The issue was resolved to my satisfaction. They did absolutely everything they could to make it a satisfactory experience. Kudos to Nicole, you are awesome!

I tried using this group by sending a payment to be made to my card holders that was never sent! Why not get my Information then contact the company I owe money too and then let me know you made progress in the company taking less payments until paid out. But you are looking for a second month of payment before passing out the first payment? They are very slow and they do not keep you Informed of what's happening until you call them. BUT! They can call for a 2nd payment the following month, while your phone is ringing off your walls, from the collectors. So I dropped them and waiting for the 1st payment to be sent back to me that they sent to my closed bank account when I Informed them that it's closed out. So they still sent it to my closed account anyway,when I was later told that It was to be a Cashier Check Instead.which was a lie! My old bank couldn't find my money until I went in to have a sit down talk and it's still sitting on my old debit card in the bank and will be mail to me next week in a Cashier Check!! Please don't do it!!

I politely called up last week to terminate my relationship with this law group. After eight months I was not seeing any results in terms of my credit score and apparently, after telling me they settled with four accounts, in fact they only settled with two. I spoke to a Maurice who completely lied to me and told me that there were four accounts dealt with when, Once again, there were only two. And come to find out that both of the accounts are not even completely settled and they neglected to inform me. And then Maurice threatened me telling me a creditor was taking me to court next week when I called that creditor this week and they had no idea what I was talking about. On top of all this unprofessionalism one of the accounts, literally two days after I canceled with them, went into collections for the Full amount. I asked them to send me over a sheet including all the money that was taking out of my checking account and they declined to do so. This company is extremely unprofessional and I do not recommend them to anybody. I dare somebody from that company come back to me with a response as I have everything recorded. You guys should be ashamed of yourself! Buyer be very aware!!!

On April 2018, I signed a Debit Consolidation Program with Helbing Law Group located at 337 Graden Oaks Blvd Houston TX 77018. The service has unfortunately has been poor and has not performed well. I still have an outstanding judgment against me. To this date of September 14th the Helbing Law Group has not settled with an agreement with Wells Fargo as advertised by their Debit Consolidation Program. I am disappointed because I have tried numerous times to get answers as to why not. I have made the agreed upon payments to the Helbing Law Group each month since signing the Debit Consolidation Program. Obviously something is very wrong and very misleading of Helbing Law Group. Before seeking help from the Better Business Bureau and filing a complaint with the Attorney General's Office. I ask for specific action to resolve the problem, I would appreciate your reply resolution by the end of September 2020.
