I was originally facing consequences as traffic citation was a Serious Traffic Offense. Heather N. Orisko, Esquire Patrick F. Lauer, Jr., Esquire, help me with a full dismissal, they were able to achieve a really favorable resolution for me a complete dismissal!!! I will give them 10 starts!! Very responsable !!! Just like one of the other reviewers, I too was yelled at and hung up on. Very unprofessional. I hired this attorney a year ago and have left messages asking for paperwork showing that I did retain him and the outcome of my case. I have received nothing. I will be filing a complaint. Very expensive attorney. **Edit** After reading Attorney Lauer’s review I had to chuckle. He obviously has me mixed up with another client. I have no idea what he is talking about with my name. It never happened. Let me say this. I paid $1700 for representation on a citation. That’s right, $1700. For him to spend not even 10 mins on the phone with me and my case was thrown out for lack of evidence and witnesses (per Atty Lauer). He spent no more than 30 mins in the court house. He then wanted another $1700 to expunge off my record. Something the court did automatically for me at no charge. Reading the response was an exact repeat of talking to his nasty tempered assistant. I personally believe she wrote it but who’s to say. I guess both of them make a good team for the courtroom but trying to discuss your case with him, is near impossible. The same for her with trying to get a return a phone call.

They were able to get me a very favorable deal and greatly reduced my citation!

I recently used Attorney Lauer for handling an issue with overzealous police force that was acting above the law. Mr. Lauer solved the problem and brought home the payday. Best Lawyer Ever. At least someone is fighting for the small guy. Thanks.
