Mr. Lauer represented me in a DUI case through the fall of 2018. Until the final court appearance, I was pleased with his representation and demeanor as we attended various court appointments. Fees were paid along the way for each appearance. I had two past driving in fractions regarding substance-abuse eight and nine years ago from New York. He advised me that as long as the prosecution did not discover these, it would not be a large issue as this was my first DUI At the final court appearance, which he was nearly an hour late for, he spoke to the prosecutor and then met me in the hallway and said told me that there was trouble. The prosecutor had indeed found out about the New York violations. I was taken away that day in handcuffs not to reappear in public for 15 months. Understand that I am not upset by the verdict or my punishment. Indeed, I took this time away to make me realize the severity of my actions, and I am sober to this day. The fact that Mr. Lauer did not know ahead of time that this would be the result of the court appearance is inexcusable. He obviously did nothing prior to that day to find out whether the New York violations would be included in my sentence. Had I known this would’ve been the case? I would’ve made arrangements with my family, my employer, my church as well as taking care of my pets and my apartment commitment. In my opinion, I was a minor sideline case not worthy of complete, in-depth research.

She got a public drunkenness summary offense reduced to what amounts to a city ordinance fine (so no permanent record) on my court date. She also did all of the preliminary work to prepare for a 2nd offense DUI. She spent so much time talking to me about my case, responding to my questions via email, and did whatever she could to achieve a desirable result. I could not have asked for better representation, truly. Her and Patrick Lauer make a tremendous team at their firm and I trust them completely. Thank you again for everything.

Pat Lauer posted lies on behalf of his client intended to hurt a very reputable small business in Camp Hill, PA. In fact, his client is still working with this business. Attorneys have a responsibility regarding confidentiality and ethics. This attorney chose to engage in libel and defamation. Not a good look!

Not happy with his work. He takes your money and runs. If you make a mistake he thinks you should learn from it and not give you a second chance. He demands so much money and shows up and does not represent you like he should.I lost my job and some family and all my money. I kno the mistakes i made were my fault but he will give up on you and say enough is enough I can't help my client anymore. A real lawyer will fight tooth and nail for you till the end. Apparently money doesn't talk. I learned that the hard way. It would of saved me so much money just to get a public defender. He is a good talker and the judges are scared of him because he knows what he is talking about. If you want a expensive lawyer to represent you once, he is your go to guy. If you want a lawyer that will always be there fighting for you, look for a better lawyer. And when I post this review this is what they are going to reply back..."This person is not a client and remarks are retaliatory in nature"

I made a phone call in the evening about a year ago left message and Heather called me rights back and we talked about my issue and she calmly explained to me what we can do to move forward with my case and she was soooo awesome and got me to the point a year later to get ard and have my record removed permantly, she communicated with me through out our time together and it all worked out but i think if wasn't for her i would been in a different place i recommend her and pat they are very good at what they do and if i ever need them again i will reach out to them .

Attorney Lauer and Heather have been amazing to work with! For months Heather went to bat for my 19 year son working with local law enforcement and DAs to get a reduced charge and sentence for a felony. As a parent this experience was terrifying and Heather's calm demeanor really helped me through a process that the common person is not familiar with. Not only did Heather's persistence pay off but my son ended up with no jail time. Heather provided us guidance throughout the entire process and responded to my calls, emails and texts the same day EVERY time I contacted her.
