If you find yourself on the wrong side of the law this is the only lawyer I will ever recommend. Mr. Lauer got several years knocked off my case. He is always very responsive to any questions or concerns you may have, He doesn’t leave you in the dark about anything, if he knows it you know it. Mr. Lauer does not settle for second-best, he will get you the best outcome possible guaranteed. Thank you Mr. Lauer and Heather for everything you two have done for me.

Patrick & Heather both went to bat for me from the very first moment. I received a phone call within minutes of sending an email to their firm. I was given clear and specific information on how to proceed at each turn. Phone and email correspondence was promptly returned and even my most basic questions were answered respectfully and competently. I was able to receive ARD with no incarceration time and minimal fines. I recommend them highly. Heather really went the extra mile to make sure my paperwork was properly submitted and pursued my case with great vigor.

Hired this guy years ago for a bankruptcy case for me and my girlfriend paid $750.00 for each one total $1500.00 .Date of court case he didn't show up. Had to rely on a lawyer who was there on another case. Thank God he had a soul and helped us. Now my wife called him up for a case, if I knew she was calling him I would have told her don't, Said if you don't have $10,000.00 he couldn't help and hung up. What a piece of work.

I was told I would receive a military discount. Paid over $5000 to get Charges reduced that I didn't commit removed before sentencing. He got a possession charge thrown out. I do have a medical card. Could have done more I believe. I was told by Patrick charges would be reduced. This did not get accomplished because he made an excuse that the state wanted money out of me. Waste of money from my perspective. I ended up having to sign a guilty plea to charges I didn't even commit. Patrick said he could have done more if I took it to trial he stated but he wanted more $$ for that. What an unprofessional and unethical way of helping himself instead of me.. With all of their connections and their resources and how long he has been practicing law. I did expect more. I originally gave a one star review but he called me and complained and convinced me to bump it up to 3. I don't feel comfortable doing this but did anyway. The more time passes the worse I feel about this review. Its pathetic when someone takes your money and does not complete the job. Patrick contacted me, harassed me, and complained about his bad review. I feel that this firm took advantage of my misfortune. Try to convince me to upgrade your review again. What a bad joke. Seems to me that most of these 5 star reviews are fake. It is easy to tell because of the generic personalized wording with limited other reviews. A portion of the 5 star reviews are not even clients, just acquaintances. Others are not even real clients. Hard to trust a business that does this. Final update: one star is too good. You had me plead guilty to charges that I did not commit. I got attacked in my home but I received assault charges. Terrible lawyer avoid!! You probably put more time to save face in my review than you did with my entire case thanks for nothing. You made well over $5000. I am the one has to live with the reality of your bad work ethic. You never gave me a military discount I was told a price and then I was smart enough to ask for the discount and I was told I already was at lowest price what a crock! I now have a civil suit to fix what you never accomplished. If you want to contact me to complete the job. I Would have consider softening your review but I believe it's too late for that. I give credit where credit is due. This firm is greedy, irresponsible, difficult, and very self serving. No credit due here. Avoid!!!

Waste of $450. If you have Heather Orisko as your lawyer, look elsewhere. She told me she could get my minor infraction taken care of and as final result tells me the officer amended the charge and that there no points or conviction of the charge. Been living and thinking all is good but decided to get a free background/mv report and find out that it’s there on PennDOT records. For that I was better off just straight up paying the ticket. I’m paying for a service to help me and I get screwed. Now my back is against the wall for the next 3 years after being lied to.
