I am so pleased that I decided call to David J Gorberg and associates after having my car in the shop numerous times for the same two issues. Jackie and Laura Wolfe were wonderful and took care of every thing for me. My case was settled within 60 days and I was very happy with the settlement amount. David and Laura are consummate professionals. I had a reoccurring issue with vehicle. I had taken it to the dealership 8 times for the same repair. When I called the manufacturer I was told "You can still use the car without a stereo". After that exchange, I called David J. Goldberg and Associates. They went to work on that case the same day that I called. Well 65 days later I have settled with Cadillac and I am truly grateful to David and Laura for everything that they did for me. Laura kept me updated throughout the entire process and was excellent! I definitely recommend!

They were educational and very professional. They were thorough and kept me up to date every step of the way. I also learned a lot to protect myself from the lemon law, God forbid it would happen again. Make sure when you take your car in for needs and repair that YOU LOOK to make sure they write down what you said and what the problems are, date and mileage is correct BEFORE you leave the dealership. I learned that the hard way. But now educated well from my lawyer, who still helped me so we didn’t leave empty handed. Very patient company to make sure you understand the procedure.

My personal case was not easy, however the team at their firm made it seem as if it were effortless, which in turn caused a lot less stress on my end. Their communication and attention to detail are second to none. Likewise, your case does not end after the settlement. After my case was completed, I had an issue with the manufacturer on the payoff of the loan. David called me on a Saturday after finding out, to see how he could help. He then assured me that it would be handled, as he typed an email to find out what the status of the payoff was. Now, how is that for dedication?
