It was very easy working with them and going through the process. Sure, you have to go back-and-forth to the dealership and keep all the paperwork to submit, and the process might get drawn out some. But at the end in my case, they got Ford to buy back my truck and I received my full purchased price back. I could never had done that on my own. If I had a problem with another new car I would not hesitate to call them again.

After having argued with the dealer where I purchased my car for months, I called David Gorberg. Within a couple of weeks I had a check from Volvo to deal with the issues on my car (despite my car being out of warranty). The process was very easy. It proceeded as David indicated it would, I would recommend David Gorberg and Associates to anyone who has an ongoing issue with their vehicle that's not being rectified by the dealer.
