My experience with Robert Gerhard has been unbelievably positive. His level of wisdom and knowledge of the law is of the highest caliber. He has always given me the best advice possible, totally thorough and thoughtful. He is kind and gracious and he definitely does not chase business for the sake of making money--he actually has saved me untold amounts of money with his guidance. My father had used Bob Gerhard's services over a number of years related to several different legal issues including his will. My first contact with Bob and Aimee was immediately after my fathers death. For almost two years they helped us work through all the legal issues related to handling an estate. I contacted Bob for my mom's entry into a rest home. This was a family decision and it was not an easy one. I had many reccomandatipns from friends and another lawyer to contact Bob to handle the paperwork for getting mom on medicade, as this is a very involved and precise process. Having Bob handle that process was the best decision I made. My brother and sister and I were nervous and worried about the entry process for medicade as mom's entry into the rest home was dependent on it. Bob and Aimee made us feel like we were dealing with a member of our own family, they were very patient with all of our many questions and handled the whole process from beginning to end seamlessly. I could not recommend any other elder lawyer. My mom now has round the clock care in a wonderful home that Bob Gerhard recommended. My brother and sister and I are very glad that we had Bob on our team.
