Timothy Daly did a phenomenal job advocating for me on my settlement case. He and his team was incredibly helpful. I truly appreciate his efforts within close to three years of working with him. If you want a lawyer that truly and genuinely cares about you and your best interest, then hire him for the job. He has helped me and my family so much. The amount of thought, consideration and care he placed on my case is something I would truly appreciate. Not only did he see me through my injuries, he treated me like an actual human being that deserved justice and made the other party accountable for their actions. I was referred to Ms. Berman through MetLife Legal Plans, for which I pay monthly through my employer. I am a victim of identity theft and need assistance as soon as possible. I left a voice message at 9:30am and received a text an hour later, which I understood. The message stated that she could not call me until I provided the case number, which I immediately did. After waiting 2 hours, this was the response that I received, "I am not sure I have time to handle your issue right now due to my schedule so perhaps try someone else. Thank you." I am sorry to say this but I believe that I could have been advised of this at my first contact instead of wasting 3 hours of my time.

Jeremy is an excellent attorney, and a great guy. He is very confident and reassuring. There was no question that he had my best interest in mind. He kept me well informed of what was happening and what he intended to do, and he was very persistent in achieving his goal. Jeremy went far beyond his obligations in my case. There is no one I’d recommend more for legal representation.

We just had one case done today. Best defense. Best result we could have. And Mr. Hyde was also so patient in guiding me and speaking for me throughout the court process so I could not make a fool of myself in front of the judge. If you have to pick, i am sure he is the most competent. Also honest and trustworthy. Won't let you down.

Ms Berman is a thoughtful and caring attorney. She understands the needs annd wants of her client and she fights for her client. If you need someone that is on your side and help you with your legal needs I highly recommend her. She always does right by her client.

Tim Daly is an amazing person. I was recommended to Tim by a client of mine and she had such amazing things to say about him. Right after my first meeting with TIm i knew exactly what Rhonda was talking about. Tim stayed in touch with me regularly. Made sure to follow up with me after all my surgeries and treatments. Tim is a very kind person and i never got that vibe that i was talking to a lawyer. He was more like a friend who was concerened about me and guided me throughout the process from insurances, to doctors visits to everything else. Recovering from injuries physically and mentally is a painful process but Tim made things easier when it came to paperwork and all. He was careful to not bring up memories over and over again as i was having severe anxiety and PTSD. To Tim and his team you are not just a client but more like family. I cannot thank Daly and Clemente enough for all they did for me.
