When I was in my accident and needed an attorney, I started my search for a city attorney. I always thought the best attorneys were in the city. I attempted to hire someone and found that he was just not personable or easy to reach even before I retained him. I decided to go close to home. In asking around my circle of friends, one recommended I call Tim. He came to my house and explained the process to me. He was a straight shooter. While I would not wish to be in another accident, I will say that if that ever happens again, I would HAPPILY go back to Tim. I concentrated on recovering from my injuries and I did not worry about my case. Tim kept me up to date with what was going on along the way. My case has ended now and I am extremely happy with the results. Tim Daly is the attorney that I would recommend to anyone that asked me for an attorney recommendation.

Mr. Daly was always available for me, and he got me three times what the insurance company offered me without a lawyer. He even came to my house to meet with me several times.
