When I came to Mrs. Kluk I was very confused about my case with CYS and couldn’t get any clarification of where I stood with my son. Mrs. Kluk Was more than happy to talk to me on the phone for over an hour every time I spoke to her to explain in detail everything that I was worried about I had concerns over.
