Attorney Kluk was professional and kind. I hired her immediately. The same day she arranged for hand delivery of documents to the court to get my case expedited (due to specific circumstances). I have had 2 other attorneys in the past that, while professional, lacked her sense of urgency and understanding. I would hire her again without thought.

I had very complicated custody case that Deb Mehaffie handled so professionally and successfully. Mrs Mehaffie did huge amount of work and she was focused on the most important, my kids best interests. I trust her and her ability both in court and outside the court. She is nicest and toughest attorney I meet in my life and strongly recommend her to any legal issue related to family law. Thank you Deb, you are the best.

We hired Deb Mehaffie for a child custody case and couldn’t have been more pleased with the services she has provided and the outcome of our case. Deb was very Professional, Dependable, Knowledgeable, Committed, Compassionate and Friendly. She made sure she explained everything to us and that we understood what to expect throughout this entire process. She was always available to answer questions/concerns we had no matter the time or day. We highly recommend Deb and her services. She Truly is one of the best attorneys I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with.

If I could give a lower rating I would. Debra has been handeling a URGENT family case for 2+ years with no urgency for the well-being if a small child. I have never been more disgusted and disappointed in the choice of a lawyer. When presented with stone evidence that has extended over 24 years she has refused to use or look into ANYTHING. Instead asks you to find it. DO YOUR JOB. Fight for the safety of the child and make this the urgent matter it is instead of letting it continue on for 2+ years with a child’s life on the line. Absolutely disgusted with the “services” she provides. UPDATE: This "case" has been ongoing for the last 4 years and nothing has progressed. In fact- I would say we are at a complete stand still. I stand by my initial accusations that this is the worst experience I have ever had or seen with a lawyer in my lifetime. Additionally- to state a review is "completely false" instead of asking questions, reaching out to the persons, or attempting to understand why you are getting a review like above is concerning. The public record court records will go to show that this situation is completely truthful. I have no problem citing all information listed above to prove its accuracy.

Michele was professional, knowledgeable, & thorough. She was easy to talk to. She made me feel at ease & explained things to me in terms I could understand. When I would call or email her, she was easily accessible & always got back to me in a timely manner. And, she was successful in winning my case! I would absolutely recommend her & wouldn’t hesitate to hire her again, if the need should ever arise.

If I could give a 0 star I would. If you hire Debra be prepared to spend much more then what you are anticipating going into the case. Be aware of additional costs, fees, that you will encounter working with her far exceeding what she may tell you to gain your business. We hired Debra because we had faith that she would be honest and represent us on a case that was extremely important to us (The adoption of our Daughter) what was supposed to be a really Happy exciting time in our life turned out to be stressful and difficult. We paid her more then the agreeed upon amount we were in vulnerable state and wanted a positive outcome and she took advantage of us. We had been warned by a few others who had worked with her on her practice of over billing. She was also super unprofessional making comments about the judge on our case which did not put us at ease. If we would have had more time to act I would have done more research before hiring her. From our first encounter with her to the very end the entire process was extremely stressful.
