I hired Michele for a child custody case. She was very personable during our initial consultation and I immediately felt comfortable with her. She was very thorough with my case and tried her best to use my retainer wisely when going through case related documents. She did what needed to be done in a timely manner and was very friendly along the way. Would definitely recommend.

We had a difficult custody case with our princess. We search on the internet trying to get the best lawyer that is able to fight as if she was fighting for her own daughter. I will only say that God guided us to choose Debra Mehaffie. Since the beginning, she was honest and told us that it will be expensive. She took her time to explain us the different outcomes. She was very professional, kind, empathetic, patient and compassionate. If we need to get a lawyer again, without any doubt I would hire her again. Attorney mehaffie was always available to answer our questions even over the weekend. We highly recommend Debra and her services. Over the course of my custody saga, I've worked with about a dozen lawyers (hired a few, consulted a few more) . Attorney Kluck is the first I've been truly impressed with and 100% satisfied with the results. Honestly, before working with her I reasonably developed a cynicism that all family law attorneys were dirty players to an extent and family law was a dirty game for the most part. But Michele was so professional, personable, accessible, and so competent it made me realize there is just a disparity between great lawyers and the rest. Michele Kluck, with her experience and talent, is one of the greats. She listened, she knew her plan, she reeled me in when needed and she got the exact results we were going for while never getting mean, ugly or instigating in any way. If I may, I'd say especially how it happened, it was a blessing from The Lord that I ended up referred to her. I'd write much more but I don't want to make this seem disingenuous by being too complementary, even though she deserves it. So I'll sum it up by saying, if you hire Michele Kluck, you're putting yourself at a great advantage so it is worth it. If you dont, you are taking the risk she'll be representing the other party which is probably something you don't want. Good luck and God bless.

I was feeling very lost on how to handle child custody because I had such a terrible relationship with my daughters father. She was very patient, answered all of my questions, gave me several options, and made sure I was comfortable with the decisions every step of the way. I felt very confident giving her the good, the bad, the ugly in order for her to help me. Plus, she followed up with my case months after it was over to make sure I was still ok. I hope I don’t have to hire a lawyer again, but I would hire her if I had to!
