I love them any one that has limited tort should definitely consider them I would use them anytime ... outstanding lawyers

I would love to know who represented the 5 star comment people because our case with a severe lack of communication even up to the day that our case went to court after being told after our arbitration that it wouldn't even end up in court, now we are still waiting for some type of communication of when we should be receiving our settlement that happened in July 2018, I left various messages for them all to be unanswered or the multiple of people who answer the phones but no one seems to be on the same page as of what is going on at this firm, I used other lawyers in my past but I will never use this firm again because of the severe lack of communication with their clients, btw I'M STILL WAITING way past the time frame that was originally told to myself and my sons?.....Five Stars?....nope a half of one at this point

The case took over 4 years and I got pennies for the damage that was done to my body. Awful lawyers office. Most DEFINITELY go to ANYBODY else. They are the worst office I've ever had to work with.

Simon & Simon were great i didn't know i could ger any assistance. They walked me through and made sure I was taken care of. If you ever need them reach out. I'd also like to thank Mr E. Libinski he was marvelous the entire time.

DO NOT GO TO THIS FIRM! IT IS A SCAM! They rack up your medical bills for months saying it will help your case. Advising you to go to specialists and draw out seeing the doctors as long as possible then wait 8 months until your drowning in debt they caused then say they can't help you! Take your case else where. It's not worth what they put you through, and will ruin your chances of getting a dime for slip and fall accidents.

This firm really helped me with my case. Although they were silent in the beginning when the case started coming to a settlement or essentially finishing up they kept me completely up to date and walked me through the steps.
