Simon & Simon is a excellent law firm they handled my case like I was one of their top clients and were very informative through the whole process. I hope I never have to sue anyone again but if I do I would definitely hire Simon & Simon again.

This firm is a real joke. The best advice you can get is Run as fast as you can away from this company. A REAL MESS. They Don't keep you up to date on your case. Drag your case on for years until they even submit it to the courts. I will not send my worst enemy to this firm. This is a bunch of call center BS.

They rob damn near ur entire settlement. How Tf the lawyers walk off with more money than the CLIENT 😡😡

Deff not even 1 star.. nobody calls you back, trying to use my insurance for my injury.. sorry but when you file a law suit and they pay for you medical bills you do not use your insurance. They never call back and they give you the run around. Horrible. Deff go else where.

Lousy, completely incompetent. The 'lawyer' they sent to court with me didn't even know what my case was about when he got there. He seemed completely clueless and careless. He obviously knew the lawyer we were supposed to be sueing/going against or whatever, as they laughed and chatted in and out the building. It was very uncomfortable I felt like the third wheel of some weird bro-mance I wasn't able to contact the lawyer at all through the entire case. I was only able to contact reps and paralegals. I got the run around completely. Don't use these 'lawyers' his presence was completely unnecessary and I could of represented myself because he did absolutely nothing.

Lawyers at one point helped clients, well that time has been replaced by profit. If you want to continue making the rich get richer, hire Simon & Simon, where most of your money recovered you'll never see....

My case settled April of 2018 and I'm still waiting on my medical bills to be paid by Simon and Simon, guess what. It's now August 30th and I'm still waiting on my Settlement cash. Good Law firm but they drag there feet.
