Simon & Simon was one of the few attorneys I was in contact with that truly stood out to me with their positive attitude from the beginning. They were always available whenever I needed them or had any questions. They made me feel important and always spoke to me in a professional but understanding manner. The guys over at Simon and Simon are wonderful. Had an issue noone wanted to deal with because of a limited tort situation and they took the reigns for me. Great levels of communication as well as being very knowledgeable and informative. They fought by my side for what seemed like an unsure outcome, but ultimately made sure I was extremely satisfied and compensated. Cant say enough about Simon & Simon.

NO COMMUNICATION AT ALL!!! I HAVE TO KEEP CALLN TO GET UPDATE AND STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED SETTLEMENT CHECK AS OF YET AND WE SETTLED ALMOST 2 MONTHS AGO!!!

Choosing Simon and Simon was by far the worst decision I ever made in my life. My advice to anyone that is injured and need an attorney to represent them for their claim, do your research and listen to what people are saying on here. They do nothing but take from you and act like they are doing you a favor in the process! If you are reading this and considering them, do yourself a favor and look somewhere else. They lie to you, and then lie some more.

Read the negative comments, they are not wrong. Very unprofessional and a huge lack of communication. Honestly stay away any other firm has to be better then they are. I'm speaking from experience RUN!!!!!!!!!!!!
