I'm being very honest in writing this review. My husband was rear ended while sitting at a red light on January 6, 2016. I contacted a law firm who previously represented myself. They in turn connected us with Simon and Simon. After reviewing my husband's case of course they said they could help. It was a big company vehicle that hit my husband's vehicle. Everything was pretty much routine and we understood that it would take some time for the case to settle. When it did my husband was please with the outcome despite a few hiccups along the way. The reason we have not given the 5 stars is we have yet to receive any money. We know there are people to be paid but he was told two weeks, then another two weeks, well it's been a month and a half since those two weeks and they won't call him back. They are a decent when it comes to fighting for you, but poor communication and time management. My husband will update when monies are received.

The worst law firm ever. They don’t mind sending you to their doctors knowing very well that they have no interest in your case . No one knows anything in their office and lying when they don’t know the answer is their MO. Can you imagine spending 3 weeks thinking that you have a lawyer? Only after my insurance told me that they never received anything from my lawyer did I found out that they decided they were not going to represent me.The worst unprofessional people ever.

This law firm is a joke. They literally don't care about anything. They make it look sweet by coming to your home/job/hospital for a free consultation... it's all a set-up. They hand your case around among-st rookie paralegals that never return your calls. THANK GOD I found different representation. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Deffinitly Amy Branch! A Delaware tag guy driving a pickup truck hit me when i just finished therapy! I believed it was a well thought out execution. Although i saw the driver coming! Do not try tv attorney Simmon & Simmon; they had my case for a year and a half! My MRI proves the fall injured my back; and the bathroom attendant witnessed it even grabbing me so my head didn't hit the floor. He never should of touched me, now i have two buldging discs. The Casino must of paid this Evil & Wicked firm off. God will repay & he comes quickly @ SAYS THE LORD! Please don't sign up with ( SIMMON)/ TV attorneys they will deceive & leave you and you will be sorry! The Better Business Bureau will hear about this.

Amazing law firm. My lawyer Mary was the best, my case was settled alot faster than I thought it would.I would recommend Simon & Simon over and over again.

Decent experience. Yes they don't really keep you updated throughout your case, you kinda have to call and get updates or if you have access to ACMS then you can updates on your own. During settlement they gave me the pros and cons of going to trial. They didn't force me to just settle, they really left it up to me. My settlement was fair and they processed my portion of the settlement within 30-days. There are numerous things that occur during that time like checking back child support, other medical bills, etc. so I understand the reasoning behind the time frame. All in all it was a decent experience, I hope never have to use a personal injury attorney again but if I had to I would definitely consider using them again.
