Appreciate Simon and Simon Helping with my auto accident. The attorneys were great! So helpful and stayed connected throughout the process!

We hired Kate and her partner, Alex to help us with our petition for a green card based on a marriage. We were a little nervous about the application process because of the circumstances around our marriage - we are a gay couple with a significant age difference. Both Kate and Alex were amazing throughout the entire process. They helped us get our paperwork together, submitted it, prepared us for the interview process by running trial interviews and also accompanied us for the actual process. Everything went well without any trouble and we got the green card weeks later. Cannot recommend them enough!

I was very pleased with the help from everyone that was involved with my case . It took some time but was on the defense side of misplacing the paperwork. My attorney I had was very helpful thro everthing and the personnel that I felt with was very helpful and pleasant. RUN! RUN! This is the worst law office ever. DO NOT let them handle your case.... I work in medical billing and they do not get your bills paid properly and then make you pay out of pocket for their mistakes... I only took home 1/4 of my settlement while they took almost half and paid “unpaid” bills that was already paid and bills they should of followed up on from the begin of my case. If I could, they would get no stars. Please find another law firm.... my mistake was that I was referred by another lawyer that could not handle my case because of jurisdiction issues and I never did my research on Simon and Simon. I will not make that mistake again and I hope people read this and take my warning into consideration... RUN! I would never refer anyone to this scam of an office..... also they do not fight! When I went to arbitration the judges suggested an among. The insurance company wanted to settle for 1/3 of that amount and my lawyer suggest I take it because he stated it would not be worth going to trail... I stated I would go to trail. The day of trail insurance company offer me double the amout..... if I had listened to the lawyer I would have walked away with nothing....

HORRIBLE!!! I wish I would have read there reviews before I went with Simon & Simon. I missed so much work going to these doctors & getting tests done that I was told to do by them. I am in so much debt because of them. When my case went to court the Lawyer that represented me looked like he was about 16 years old. I won my case but they took all the money saying it was for their fees and I walked away with $500.00. What a disgrace they are. I suffered, went to therapy, doctors, had an MRI & a nerve test, missed a lot of work & that is what I get. PLEASE PLEASE don't use this firm, they will rip you off. I hope my awful experience helps someone.
