Read the negative comments, they are not wrong. Very unprofessional and a huge lack of communication. Honestly stay away any other firm has to be better then they are. I'm speaking from experience RUN!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was completely clueless to the process after my accident. I was mean to the paralegals and irritated overall because I felt it was taking too long. Jessica, Amanda and Josh were awesome and patient with me! They were empathetic to my worries and walked me through the entire process I will definitely recommend S&S! Great job!!!

Simon N Simon were great I got everything right on time. They did everything they said they would do

I had my reservation with Simone and Simone, being that I am not experienced when it comes to sueing a person. I read the reviews of past clients concerning firm some where good and some where not. I went ahead and hired them for my case. I hired them and in April of 2018 it is now July 2, 2018 and apparently my case was drop May 31st. I was never notified, spoke to two to three people afterward, still going to the chiropractor that they set me up with and they set me up with MRI. If I did not called to get an update I would of never known. It is true when people have left a review of bad communication after you sign the contract with the firm. I didn’t look for them to call me every day but I did request if I can get updates every three weeks which I thought that was reasonable. I shouldn’t have to keep call to get updates. I would advise that when looking for an injury attorney shop around and take the review of former clients into consideration when making your decision. Some people may have had good experience but my experience was not good. I should of done a better job searching for an attorney that could of help me. There was a lot of time lost, gas money going up and down the road to the chiropractor two to three times a week to build a case and MRI dealing with them. Now I will have to find a new attorney before I move out of state. Please be aware!

I was injured in a rear end collision in June of 2015. Had limited tort on my insurance, person that hit us had no insurance and wasn't even her car. I was told by multiple attorneys to cut my losses. I found Simon and simon on Google and took a chance, again. They did what every other attorney told me couldn't be done...recover loses. I was assigned Ryan Flaherty as my attorney. He was excellent. He was an answer to my prayers. He and his firm took the time to listen to me thankfully. Told them I been to a few so called specialists that did nothing for me other than dismiss my medical complaints. I asked them for help because something was really wrong with me physically. With their help, we were able to prove the root of my complaints. With my proven injuries, inability to return back to work, and loss of my car, they recovered 150000 for me. I'm so very thankful for simon and simon. Excellent law firm!! I'd highly recommend them. They've always answered my emails or calls in detail. Always very pleasant and actually cared about my well being. If anybody has a case with limited tort like I did, don't waste your time with other attorneys. Go straight to simon and simon. 5 stars aren't enough to rate them. Went above and beyond to help me. They resolved my case from start to finish in an appropriate time line as well. Few times I called to see how things were going I had spoken with shawn. He was nothing but kind and understanding, always with detailed, informative answers. Thank you Ryan, shawn, and everybody at simon and simon for everything you've done for me. I feel very fortunate that you accepted me as your client. Truly exceeded my expectations. Great law firm with awesome people but could use better communication when it comes to updating clients on their cases.

They kept my in the know of how the case was coming along the whole time ..and I went to the arbitration hearing and the lawyer came out and let me know what was going on ...they settled my case quickly..and yes I will call them again if needed and give them good recommendations if needed . I would not recommend them to anyone they took more than half of my money I walked away with nothing! Then the check that they did write I couldn’t cash it bcuz there account was frozen smh worst ever! They couldn’t even give me full detail on were my money went!

First hand, I was hung up on after for a long time. My brother who is intellectually challenged was treated with disrespect by the person who answered the phone. He was given the wrong address to meet for his settlement. He called the office regarding parking problems he was having and was upset to find out he was given the wrong address of the meeting. When he called the office to say the he was having parking problems 15th street, the women said " the meeting is at 18th street, he got upset because he was given the wrong information and was then told if you don't get here, you'll get nothing" Im his sister, I called to talk about his ordeal and was hung up on by the person who answered the phone. Clearly they have not idea who's representing their firm. this need to be looked into. What kind of business is this. This is appalling.
