I first worked with Kate and her law firm partner (and husband) Alex in 2014 when I needed help in my petition to obtain a marriage-based conditional resident status. I worked with her again in 2017 in order to get the conditions removed and receive full resident status, and I’m now working with her again in 2018 in order to become a naturalized citizen. Kate has proven herself time and again to be a consummate professional with an extensive knowledge and understanding of her area of expertise, and on top of that, she’s an extremely nice person who makes you feel that she truly cares about your situation and will do whatever it takes to bring it to a successful conclusion. She also makes herself available to you at any and all times, never once giving you the feeling that you’ve been neglected. I would recommend hiring Kate unreservedly and I feel extraordinarily fortunate that I came across her and her husband’s law practice when I did.

Kate Lenahan made our marriage green card application process smooth and simple. After it was all submitted it was hard to believe how much paperwork we had amassed but Kate made it all seem easy. She expertly helped us prepare for the interview and was there with us at the USCIS office the entire time. Our application was approved immediately after the interview with no issues.

They are a very good law ferm

I CONTACTED THIS LAW FIRM 2 MONTHS AGO BECAUSE OF A SLIP AND FALL CASE. I TALKED TO THIS ATTORNEYS LEGAL AID'S, I SENT THEM VIDEO'S OF THE CONDITION OF THE STEPS WHERE I LIVE, THEY COME OUT TO MY HOME AND TAKE PICTURES, VIDEOS, INTERVIEW ME, HAVE ME SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THEM. A LEGAL BINDING CONTRACT! I GET A VERY RUDE LETTER IN THE MAIL THAT THEY ARE NOT TAKING MY CASE AFTER I SPOKE TO THEM SEVERAL TIMES AND THEY TOLD ME THEY WERE TAKING MY CASE, I HAD A GOOD CASE AND THEY HANDLE CASES LIKE THIS ALL THE TIME... YOU SENT ME TO DOCTORS AND CREATED MEDICAL BILLS YOU STATED YOU COVERED AND WOULD BE DEDUCTED FROM THE SETTLEMENT. LEGALLY I DON'T SEE HOW YOU CAN CANCEL SOMEONE WHEN THEY HAVE A SIGNED CONTRACT WITH YOU. YOUR WORDS ARE SUPPOSE TO BE AS GOOD AS YOUR CONTRACT, YOUR SUPPOSE TO BE SUCH TOP NOTCH ATTORNEYS...WELL THIS ALL SMELLS LIKE SCUM TO ME...

This business is very unprofessional! I had been going to therapy for 7 months just for them to tell me they could no longer represent me with my case. When I contacted them to see why they danced around the real reason! I don’t recommend this company they don’t fight for you as they claim!
