I appreciate the time attention the paralegals showed to the case, alway answered the tough question heck always answered the phone or returned them in great time. My lawyer Mr Castillo , was fantastic in court and with me. I felt like I was apart of the whole process and present in the space. Advisory was impeccable. All the way through settlement and distribution , got me the most for my case.

Terrible law firm I never even got a chance to speak with an actual lawyer. I spoke to different people every time I reached out about an update on my case. They could never update me on my case I kept being told my case is with the attorney review team. LI never talked to a lawyer. I guess they were fed up with me asking about an update on my case because I received a letter from them dropping my case with no reason why a few days after the last time I asked about an update .

My lawyer at Simon & Simon Inc. was amazing and very patient with me. All of my questions and concerns were addressed. I was informed of the details every step of the way. I felt like someone out there really cared about what had happened to me. I would absolutely recommend this company.

Thank God I dodged a bullet , I filled out a form online & Abby from Simon & Simon reached out , I signed on 10-25-23, 10- 26- 23 I read all the horrible reviews & obtained Another Attorney , I was advised to contact Simon & Simon to relinquish their services, I texted Abby she never responded so I was advised to call her which I did & told her I don't wanna use them their reviews are concerning, 11-1-23 , they send me bogus letter stating thry rdropping me huh what ?? Lying on the exit, this is crazy

I had Katie rice as my lawyer despite the reviews they did scare me a little but so far during the process I feel like Katie rice did good with responding to me at a timely fashion she even had the patience breaking everything down and answered every question I had even if I asked twice or if I truly didn’t understand. MY case isn’t completely closed yet but on her end she did do a good job I’ll update my review with the rest once my case is completely closed thanks and they didn’t pay me for this review this a honest person lol

After going to drs and imaging and checking in with them cause no one checked in with me ( I understand they don’t hold your hand and call every month but once every 3 month or something to keep me in the loop would have been nice) I called had a conversation was told they were trying to get a court I asked about all the moving forward but no one was talking to me asking me what I as the client would like to do and some other things. Out the blue a few days later I get this letter.
