Worst service ever. They only contact you when they wish. You will reach an answering machine. In the release they have you sign consenting to reimburse them for money spent on your case. Lawyers fees and expenses should not exceed $350 they charged $2000. Small cases you will be robbed. They will give you trumped up expenses for curriers and a charge each time action was made on case and filling with courts. Robbers!

I was rear-ended by a state police officer back in February of 2017. I seek help with a different law firm at the time and my case was handed to Simon & Simon. In the beginning, Simon & Simon was in constant communication with me. They were able to arrange some medical professionals to give me a diagnosis, but I wasn't ready to get a surgery or any kind of procedure at the time, so my case went cold and there was nothing more that anybody could do at that point. I didn't hear from my attorney in a while and I thought there wasn't anything that Simon & Simon could do for me. Flash forward to 2021, I was surprise that Simon & Simon was still working on my case when I received an email regarding a deposition hearing. That gave me a little hope. I was even more surprise that my attorney was able to work something out and help me get a settlement offer. My case wasn't resolved until 2022, so it took a little over 5 years for my case to settle. So I just wanted to take the time to acknowledge how incredible and amazing my attorney, Josh Baer is and how kind he is to take on my case and be willing to represent me. Josh, thank you so much for working very diligently and professionally. Thank you also for staying in contact after all these years to help me out with random questions/situations. It's nice to have an attorney who genuinely cares about their client. Simon & Simon, it was lovely to work with your firm. Have a great year!
