Long story short: Spent 6 months dealing with them -- only to find out that their attorneys don't feel they could adequately prove there was a case resulting from my accident....and after I went to their RECOMMENDED PT office for months for "therapy" and "testing". Was told that I could also take my case to another attorney and was given the Bar Association's 800 number for my state. Lovely.
Given the time constraints around filing lawsuits, the clock is ticking and I have to now search for another attorney.

Simon and Simon is by far the worst firm I ever dealt with, it’s been almost a year and i barely heard from anyone! I would never refer anyone! Looking at the reviews it seems like it’s only me that’s not getting the results that everyone is getting smh

I’m so very thankful that I got this reasonable settlement. I’m also thankful that it’s over. It took a little under two years which isn’t bad. They truly fought hard for me and made the communication process easy. I would definitely recommend this law firm. I’m genuinely ecstatic

Great response times and always answered every question making sure i understood completely. Always explained it all providing explanations without mincing words. Best decision i made was asking them to represent me. My settlement was even higher than they stated.
