This law firm is horrible. I only spoke to 1 person for an evaluation. I try to call because new information came to light. When I called the voicemail said “ they will call within 24 to 48 hrs”. ( spongebob voice) 2 WEEKS LATER. So I went to a different law firm. I wouldn’t recommend this law firm to NO ONE. Learn from my experience and STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

Simon and Simon represented me in my case. They were very professional, helped me a lot, guided me through everything and generally cared about my case. Christopher Green was my attorney. I highly recommend him. Very professional, very knowledgeable on law and very good as a trial lawyer. I highly recommend Simon and Simon especially Mr.Green.

Staff was very good and case was settled in a timely manner and they just always kept me updated

They handled my car accident case professionally and quickly. They took care of everything and sent me a settlement check at the end. I would work with them again in the future.

My case was a slip and fall. I am pleased and satisfied with the outcome of my case with the lawyers at Simon and Simon. They were very professional and responsive courteous with each phone call and made sure to return each call. The case did take two years. But they made sure to keep me informed with each step of the process. Very kind and sympathetic. Especially the senior lawyer that l met in court. Thanks

I give Simon and Simon PC 4 stars because the people who I dealt with were great individuals. That being said, I hope they take this review into account because there are quite a few things they need to improve on. First, the case took much longer than I had expected and longer than the timeframe I was given originally. It took about 2.5 years to settle a car accident case where the other driver took full responsibility. This isn’t an issue, however whenever I would call for updates; nobody ever answered. In order to get anyone on the phone, I often had to call from a restricted number. This didn’t help as the people working with me were often “not available”. There were also some extra fees taken from my settlement that I hadn’t known about, beyond the 1/3 of the settlement that I was aware of. The fees said ‘Morgan and Morgan’ and ‘Simon and Simon’ which I thought was going to be covered in the 1/3 of the settlement. I’m not an attorney and I’m sure everything was done correctly, but I do wish for more transparency and clarity,

I can say that this organization can improve their communication with the client while the process. Other than that, I am satisfied with the service and with the outcome. Great team.
