From our initial contact on a Sunday morning to our very last conversation, Joe and his team could not have been more supportive, kind, and understanding. After my husband was hit by a car while on a bicycle ride the day before, we assumed it would be a total loss as driver fled the scene. We didn’t know where to turn. As a long-shot, we searched “hit by car on a bicycle, hit and run” not dreaming we would yield any viable results. Instead, Piscitello Law turned up - thankfully! From moment one, Marissa guided us that early Sunday morning and provided much needed reassurance that we had an avenue to pursue. As far as we are concerned, the sun rises and sets on Piscitello Law. After two years with another attorney who was spinning wheels, Joe was recommended to me by a friend. He took over my case and successfully resolved it within approximately 6 mos. We are forever grateful to Joe and his staff.

This office was incredibly rude. They wouldn't even let me talk and kept cutting me off. the first thing they said when they answered the phone was simply "age". They didn't't even say hi or ask what I was calling about. Do not recommend.

Attorney Piscitello took on my case when others had serious doubts about my chances of prevailing against a Goliath-sized company. It was not a guaranteed winner, and my claims for severe bicycle crash injuries involved complex facts and showing that, no matter where I was riding, the company was liable for the proper design and maintenance of its property and equipment in a public space.
