We were so pleased with the entire office. Joe and Andrea were a huge help when fighting for my daughter’s claim. They took care of everything for us and were very attentive when we sent questions. I highly recommend this firm!

I never had a firm fight for us the way Joe did for my husband and I. Joe and Andrea are always and willing to answer any questions or fears we may have and they will fight for your right.

There aren’t enough nice things I can say about Joseph and his associates. From the get go I had a good feeling about him and trusted the process. Any questions I had were explained and answered quickly and I never had to chase after anyone to get information. In the interest of full disclosure, I did not utilize the legal services of Attorney Piscitello, but this may be of interest to those who would. I did a 60 mile gravel event yesterday, had a new bike and new tubeless tires I was unaccustomed to using, and I was 3 miles into the ride and flatted, and I began the miles-long march back to the start as there was no support. I must have been passed by 50 other riders going the other way, and Attorney Piscitello and his son very kindly stopped and helped me, giving me a new tube, using his CO2 cartridges to get me going again, and I was able to complete the ride. I believe character matters as well as expertise, and I can certainly vouch for his.

TL;DR: Bike lane was blocked, moved into car lane, driver didn't want to slow down, driver rear ends me, insurance says I owe the driver 3K, Joe fought for me, call Joe. There's nothing I can write to make you all understand the position I found myself in and the help I found at Piscitello Law, but I'll try. I was rear ended by a driver who felt too inconvenienced to slow down. The insurance company came back with a claim, in the multiple thousands, against me for the damages to the drivers car. Joe took on my case because he believes in cyclists rights, not because I was going to get a big insurance payout. He was there to fight for me and my rights to cycle on Philadelphia streets when I was dealing with an insurance company who asked me "why didn't you just ride your bike onto the sidewalk instead of the car traffic lane". Joe, Marissa, and Andrea were so understanding, confident, and professional through what became almost a year process. I can not thank them enough.

Joe, Andrea and Greg were able to assist me in my bicycle accident where I was t-boned by a Prius on a day that couldn't have been worse. Luckily I was told to seek them out by many sources, because I never knew how complicated car crashes were. Tons of back and forth with insurance companies, complications with what insurance company will cover which bill....the ambu, the ER, the X-ray, the doc appts, everything got so confusing.
