Piscitello Law fought for my cycling rights and use of roadway. Cyclists are lucky to have a lawyer like Joe Piscitello who believes bikes belong on roads. I was struck by a car when making a right turn at an intersection. Joe and his team worked to prove that, though I am a narrow vehicle out on the roadway, I have a right to my side of the road.

After being right hooked by a car turning into a parking lot, I received a citation from the police. Since my injuries left me not very articulate the time of the accident, after speaking to the driver, the police assumed I was at fault.
