I went into this whole thing with no idea what to say or do or if I even had a case. Im still not sure if I handled the whole thing correctly lol but it doesn't matter because Michael was so helpful and informative every step of the way. He communicated clearly and frequently. He made sure I knew what to expect and how to react and, even when I messed up, he just walked me through it and was very understanding. I recommend him to everyone. He made me feel comfortable and didn't treat like an idiot. I am so thankful for him. I am very happy with the outcome of the case and I trust that if I ever need him again(fingers crossed I never do) that I will be just as satisfied with his work as I am now.
