I had the pleasure of working with Beth Shovlin at Talarico Paladino & Berg regarding the closing of my house. Beth was very accommodating when it came to coordinating times to close on the house, not to mention very informative when it comes to real estate. After encountering a few mishaps along the way, Beth went above and beyond to make sure we were in the loop. I would definitely recommend the firm in the firm to anyone.

Through my recent experience with this firm, I am very displeased with the professionalism with this firm. Took extended time to get the deed sent out and recorded, due to multiple mistakes on the firms part. When brought to the attention of Beth she was very defensive and pointed the finger at my lending agency for the mistakes, which later found out to be the firms fault. Then I requested to have the name of my fiancé added to the deed due and Beth was very much against anything that involved adding her name to it. Also, I was quoted the normal fees if they did add the name and an additional $1***.** for taxes that I already paid. I inquired with several other law firms and they advised me that no additional taxes needed paid. Long story short, I will never recommend the use of talarico paladino and berg for any real estate needs to anyone I care about. Beth was rude and very unprofessional and not to mention shady.
