Beth Shovlin made a seamless closing on our home. We asked all of the difficult questions about every last number and fee for taxes, escrow, closing, and Beth answered them all, and even helped our lender fix a few numbers that were incorrect. I would definitely recommend using her.

My husband and I have used Beth Shovlin to close on two properties, one of which was a private mortgage. All I can say is that she was GREAT! Mr. Bruzzese did an excellent job representing me at an unemployment appeal hearing. From the beginning, he was very up front on my chances of mounting a successful case and researched and represented me to a positive outcome. The previous court cases he found in my defense proved to be indisputable. He was patient and provided me with great advice. He made himself available in a very short turnaround time, even meeting me on a Sunday. I recommend him with no reservations at all.
