From my very first phone call with Michael I felt heard, supported , and above all else safe. I spoke to a handful of attorneys and Michael was hands down the most relatable, caring, and forthcoming. I also knew from the very beginning that he would be dedicated. There were many emails we exchanged just to set up a phone consultation. My work schedule at the time was relatively complex but I tell you what he went above and beyond just to make sure he could speak with me. I was also very impressed with how well he maintained communication with me. He would do this as soon as he had an update on my case and even sometimes just to check in to see if I had any questions. This was very important to me. I knew I didn’t have to call him because he was on top of it and if there was anything to communicate he would do so in a prompt and timely manner. I never felt unsure or in the dark about anything. And if I did happen to have a question or concern he would call and follow up with me right away. Michael will be the first and only person I will call if I should need help again in the future.
