The service has dived. The follow-up with the lawyer never happened. I sent multiple messages through the app and never received a response. I honesty feel like this entire month was a waste as I never get the information I needed in a timely fashion. I have to keep following up with them to make sure they keep this side of the bargin. I don't work like this. Too bad I need this service else I would cancel it immediately or find another company that does this type of work.
