Really not very good. Kevin has "an attitude" which was quite dismissive, especially toward a former attorney, I strongly suspect someone more patient would work much better!

Not Good. Lawer lacked emphtany and Professialism. Disconnected the call because he said I had an attitude. He said... "If you give attitude you get attitude I am terminating this call" and hung up

Very disappointed and unsatisfied with the service yes it might only be legal consultant but they should be able to help more than what they do and for over 300 dollars it should take that much to write a letter I would not recommend anyone for services. People who are on disability if that is all that can be done for them is a legal consultant and a letter wrote we should have to pay that amount.
