Legal Shield affiliate Fiffik's legal counsel, Rebecca, helped me with a discriminatory/retaliatory situation by reiterating how I needed to reach out to HR even though they appeared to be against me. I have to have it documented that I felt I was being discriminated against and why. She said they are obligated to fix the problem related to protected-class employees. Please document everything, send follow-up communication behind every meeting, and cc your personal email. I am happy HR came through and provided a fair and reasonable solution. Rebecca, thank you for sticking with me. I know I kept returning because my employer of 20+ years appeared hell-bent on firing me based on their communication. Still, the problem may have been solved just by describing the unfair treatment I was experiencing to them and having them devise a viable solution. I highly recommend Fiffik!

Not worth the investment. I found them thru legal shield but it's pointless to get the $30 monthly subscription and think you'll actually get your legal matters RESOLVED. All my lawyer did was gaslight me even though I was 100% the victim of Scam here in Philadelphia and write a letter to my landlord which of course she doesn't have to respond to because she doesn't even respond to my emails etc. 2 months paid subscriptions and my legal problem is even bigger now. I was scammed and couldn't even get proper legal help to fix this!
