Lost my case, they were not prepared for my case. sent me a NOTARIZED letter stating that they would not appeal, I initially call Edgar Snyder and they referred me to these people.

This attorney is a straight shooter, he is knowledgeable, always returns your phone calls quickly and just an all around good guy and was a real pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend him.

call Dugan and associates on several occasions to check the status of my Social Security claim they had informed me that everything was fine to find out after my appeal date was over that they had confused me with a family member and that I was completely screwed. Have to refile now my claim all over again thanks Dugan and associates for not helping me. also made up an excuse of why they couldn't take on my claim after finding out that it was the secretary's fault for not listening to me every time I called and said my name and I even told them that they were representing one of my family members. I highly don't recommend these people if they can't even listen to a certain person calling on the phone.
