Mr. Dugan and associate's helped me through a rough time when workers comp was giving me issues. Personally feel that they gave it 99 percent on my case.

The man will take a fee even when he gets absolutely no money for you. He does not put the time into a case and will make it worse especially if you are on workers comp. He absolutely does not care about his clients and is content to do the bare minimum he has to. He will not go the extra mile for you, he will tell you nothing about how your case is going and will lie right to your face. He is the most unethical snake in the grass that you could ever find. Run, do not hire this attorney at all and for those that have gotten settlements from him, i can guarantee you did not get all that you deserved.

The commercial ends with Mr Dugan saying D U G A N making a fist saying he fights for the benefits you deserve. Dont believe that! Here is my experience. I have had Lower Back Surgery, Neck Fusion, the center of my back is completely numb. I have anxiety, depression, PTSD, Bipolar, Intermittent explosive disorder, vasovagal syncope and was abused as a child. I'm 38 so my age is against me. This was my second time filing and going in front of the judge. Prior to my hearing Dugan and Associates failed to prepare for my case. They forgot my telephone call where we go over my case. You get 2. I know they didnt prepare because Mr Dugan passed me off to one of his other Associates and the freaking lawyer had the same name as my attacker from my childhood. Someone diagnosed with PTSD, anxiety and vasovagal syncope from this attack. All you guys had to do was put together my case which you did not. You didnt fight for me! You turned the other cheek and left me to die because all you care about is money win ratio. You don't care about me and my pain... They dont tell you the truth or keep things real with you! Marty was the worst attorney ever. I could have held my files up in the air and told the judge look what Dr Lee wrote.. That's all he did! Maybe if we prepared properly I'd be ok... Cause I'm really not ok at all... 5 years you guys been messing with my case... 5 years! Call Burger and Green because at least they were honest with me when I spoke with them. I dont know what kind of operation this is but they sure dont fight for what you deserve! Just those sure cases.... If I was a few years older I'd get it easy with how jacked up I am. But nobody fought for me my whole life, why start now! Funny how they dont call you back.. There time must be worth a million dollars a minute. People who don't return phone calls don't care!
